We are seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing parts operations within a dealership environment, with specific experience in Chevrolet parts management. This role requires excellent organizational skills, leadership ability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the parts department, including inventory control, ordering, and distribution.
- Ensure accurate pricing, invoicing, and compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing for optimal profitability.
- Train, mentor, and supervise parts department staff.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate parts fulfillment.
- Monitor and analyze parts sales performance and implement strategies for growth.
Qualifications
- Chevrolet dealership parts management experience is required.
- Minimum of 3–5 years in an automotive parts management role.
- Strong knowledge of OEM parts systems and inventory management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Ideal candidates will live in the Richmond, Rosenburg, Katy, Fulshear, and Wharton county area.
