Arcadia Nursing and Rehab Center, a esteemed healthcare provider in Hillsboro, TX, is seeking a talented and compassionate Director of Nursing to join our team. Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to our nursing team, ensuring that all nursing services are delivered with excellence and compassion

• Oversee the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards

• Foster a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and ongoing education and training for our nursing staff

• Collaborate with our medical and administrative teams to develop and implement programs and services that promote positive patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Ensure that all nursing services are delivered with the highest level of quality, safety, and efficiency

Requirements

• Experience in a management or leadership role in a healthcare setting

• A degree in Nursing or a related field, with a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Texas

• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in staff development and training

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and staff

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on quality and patient safety
