About the Role:
The Lead Grab & Go Attendant plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our quick-service food outlets by overseeing daily activities and maintaining high standards of customer service. This position is responsible for leading a team to provide fast, friendly, and accurate service to customers seeking convenient meal options. The Lead Attendant ensures that all food items are properly stocked, displayed attractively, and comply with health and safety regulations. Additionally, this role involves training and mentoring team members to uphold company policies and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Ultimately, the Lead Grab & Go Attendant contributes to the smooth functioning of the service area, driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a food service or retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or lead role.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in food handling or safety (e.g., ServSafe).
- Experience working in a fast-paced Grab & Go or quick-service food setting.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
- Customer service training or experience in conflict resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Grab & Go team to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Maintain inventory levels by restocking food items and supplies promptly and accurately.
- Ensure all food products are fresh, properly labeled, and displayed according to company standards and health regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Train new team members on operational procedures, safety standards, and customer service expectations.
- Monitor compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and reporting as required.
