We are seeking a skilled Laser Tracker Operator to join our team in the aerospace machining sector. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in laser tracking, with a specific focus on aerospace applications. As a Laser Tracker Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the precision and accuracy of our machining processes.


Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain laser tracking systems to measure and align components in aerospace machining.

Perform precision inspections and measurements using laser trackers, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications.

Utilize Verisurf software to analyze data and create detailed reports.

Collaborate with engineers and machinists to ensure accuracy in the assembly and alignment of aerospace parts.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with laser tracking equipment to minimize downtime.

Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.


Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience as a Laser Tracker Operator, with a focus on aerospace applications.

Proven experience in the aerospace industry is a must.

Experience with Verisurf software is preferred.

Familiarity with Faro laser trackers is preferred.

Strong understanding of precision measurement techniques and the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
