Job DescriptionAre you a seasoned architect who thrives on solving complex problems and designing enterprise-scale platforms? We are modernizing the Federal Student Aid system with ServiceNow at the core. As a Technical Architect, you will define the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap for ServiceNow implementations that will serve millions of students and families across the nation. Note: U.S. citizenship is required for this role. Basic Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>7+ years of IT experience with at least 4+ years in ServiceNow architecture</li>
<li>Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM, and CMDB</li>
<li>Proficiency in Agile frameworks and DevSecOps practices</li>
<li>Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance</li>
<li>BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline </li>
</ul>
Additional Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations</li>
<li>Ability to mentor developers and analysts in ServiceNow best practices</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions</li>
<li>Excellent communication and leadership skills</li>
<li>U.S. Citizenship required </li>
