Job Title: Sr Project Manager / Project Manager - Electrical Construction
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Sr Project Manager and a Project Manager to lead our team within the Arizona branch. The successful candidates will focus primarily on overseeing the electrical scope of work at a major project site in Boise, ID. The roles are pivotal in managing complex projects in semiconductor and data center environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide safety leadership on all projects.
- Administer contracts effectively.
- Set up projects to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate and schedule site labor efficiently.
- Develop and manage project budgets and estimates.
- Handle project documentation, submittals, and O&M manuals.
- Coordinate purchasing and manage sub-contracts.
- Track production and maintain quality control.
- Control project costs and manage billing processes.
- Forecast project costs and manage project change orders.
- Ensure successful project closeout.
- Facilitate internal and external communication.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
- 5+ years of Project Management experience on semiconductor or data center projects.
- Electrical experience, preferably with an electrical contractor.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Bluebeam.
- Experience with medium-high voltage electrical systems.
- Strong management and human relations skills.
- Excellent financial analytical skills.
- Outstanding oral and written communication abilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent field experience.
- 8+ years’ experience in a project management position in the construction industry for Sr Project Manager.
- 5+ years' experience in High Tech or Mission Critical Data Center construction for Sr Project Manager.
- 2+ years' experience in Mission Critical Data Center Construction for Project Manager.
- Demonstrated self-motivation, proactiveness, and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor.
Work Environment
This position is based on-site at a project in Boise, ID, with a 60/60/50 schedule. The role offers a company vehicle or allowance, and a company phone or allowance. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate. The position is salaried. Our company culture is strong, providing medical, dental, and vision insurance with stipends if covered by a spouse. We offer company-paid term life insurance and AD&D coverage, a 401k retirement plan with employer match up to 10%, and PTO accrual up to 3 weeks with immediate use. There are 7 company-paid holidays.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
