Fabhar Corporation is looking to hire a Steel Buyer / Assistant Project Manager who will be responsible for negotiating steel pricing contracts with Steel Vendors, Mini Mills and Service Centers for all steel stock.

• MUST have at least 5 years of experience with contract negotiations for steel mills or service centers
• Possess Negotiation Skills
• This position requires strong negotiation skills, analytical capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Collaborate with estimators and detailers to coordinate and plan the arrival of materials from steel mills, aligning with vendor requirements, shop schedules and subcontractor timelines.
• Process & execute current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
• Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Have a positive can-do attitude, resilient, and work well in a constantly evolving environment.
• Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.
• Current Located in Princeton, Texas NEW Location in the Winter 2026 / 2027 in Van Alstyne, Texas
• Must Pass a Drug Test, We Provide a Drug-Free Work Environment.
• Salary starts at $55,000 up to $70,000 depending on experience and qualification. [ IN HOUSE ONLY ]
