We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and lead cross-functional teams. The GM will be responsible for managing all aspects of the organization, ensuring operational efficiency, financial performance, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all daily operations of the business, including staffing, budgeting, planning, and performance monitoring.

  • Set strategic goals and ensure they are measurable and achievable.

  • Lead and motivate department heads and team members to achieve company objectives.

  • Develop and implement business strategies, processes, and policies that promote growth and efficiency.

  • Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and drive profitability.

  • Analyze business performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.

  • Foster a positive work environment and a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.

  • Manage relationships with key partners, suppliers, and clients.

  • Report to executive leadership or board on progress, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.

Experience:

  • 7–15 years of progressive leadership experience, including 3+ years in a senior management or GM role.

  • Proven track record of driving operational performance and profitability.

  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

  • Excellent financial acumen and business strategy knowledge.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to solve problems, manage conflict, and drive organizational change.

  • Proficient in business software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, MS Office, CRM platforms).

Preferred:

  • Experience in [specific industry, e.g., hospitality, manufacturing, retail, logistics, healthcare].

  • Familiarity with KPIs, OKRs, Lean Management, or Six Sigma methodologies.
