Job DescriptionSNELLING is currently seeking a Welder to join an established company in the Tyler area. This Welder will have a starting pay of $18 / HR and will work Monday – Friday day shift. &nbsp; This Welder position will be a temp-to-hire, meaning that SNELLING would work with you through the consideration and interview process and be your employer for a probationary period upon an offer being accepted. &nbsp; Responsibilities &amp; Qualifications of the Welder: 
<ul>
<li>Must have 2+ years in a MIG welding position</li>
<li>Must be able to read/understand blueprints and shop orders</li>
<li>Must have experience in a production/manufacturing environment</li>
<li>Must follow all safety rules and practices</li>
<li>Must be mature and professional</li>
<li>Must be able to pass background requirements</li>
