We are looking for agents with real estate experience who are ready to take their careers to the next level. Our results speak for themselves – agents regularly complete 2-3 transactions per month, supported by our strong lead generation and hands-on coaching. Our structured onboarding ensures that you hit the ground running. You’ll develop key skills, from lead nurturing and client presentations to mastering transactions. Our focus? Getting you into the deal flow fast.
What we look for in our agents:
- Previous real estate experience
- A commitment to helping buyers and sellers navigate real estate transactions
- Strong knowledge of residential purchase agreements and listing contracts
- The ability to assess market values with precision
- A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
- Consistent management of CRM systems and lead platforms like Zillow
