Job Title – Repairman and Debug Technician
Location – 6540 Franz Warner Pkwy, Whitsett, NC 27377
Contract – Open end contract (possibility to go perm)
Pay Rate – $21 - $23.10 USD hourly on W2
Shift: 1st Shift, 06:30 AM – 03:00 PM / 2nd Shift, 03:30 AM – 12 midnight

- Responsible for performing the analysis and repair of components and finished products to comply with production schedules within deadlines, quantities, and quality standards.
- Location: Whitsett, United States
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Hardware analysis to identify root causes.
- Perform test replication to identify the root cause.
- Conduct root cause analysis to find the issue and potential causes, which may require examining hardware (e.g., checking for bad solder connections).
- Involve cross-functional teams (developers, QA, experienced technicians) to share knowledge.
- Analyze logs and metrics from servers, applications, and infrastructure to find errors.
- Use specialized tools for debug, performance counters, profilers, and diagnostic tools.
- Isolate the issue using techniques like "fail-fast" and breaking down the problem into smaller parts.
- Analyze defects in components and products that failed in the tests.
- Identify root causes and communicate to responsible areas (leadership, quality, and engineering) to take preventive/corrective actions.
- Separate non-compliant products according to inspection rules.
- Perform material movements through integrated systems.
- Point out defects and analysis results in a specific report.
- Communicate consecutive failures to the immediate superior for corrective actions.
- Comply with Quality, Environment, Safety, and Occupational Health Management Systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or technical certification
- Experience in electronics or server hardware assembly preferred.
- Experience: Less than 1-year relevant experience.
- Familiarity with ESD-safe handling procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and equipment interface.
- Ability to lift and handle server components safely.
- Plant Systems: Basic computer skills required for operating the plant's control system.
- Good motor skills necessary to work effectively with delicate and small components and materials.
