About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality haircuts to clients of all ages but specifically children from first haircut to fourteen years old.
- Consult with clients to understand their style preferences and needs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in hairstyling and barbering.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
- Assist in promoting salon services and products to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the salon.
Requirements:
- Valid cosmetology or barbering license in the state of Alabama.
- Proven experience as a stylist or barber with a strong portfolio.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
- Passion for the beauty industry and continuous learning.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in hairstyling.
