Experienced Real Estate Acquisitions & Relationship Manager
We are a fast-moving real estate investment firm actively buying properties. We are looking for a highly experienced acquisitions specialist / relationship builder who knows how to get deals done—not just make calls.
This role is focused on building real relationships, sourcing off-market opportunities, and aggressively following up to convert leads into signed deals.
What You’ll Be Doing
Cold calling property owners, brokers, and agents daily
Building long-term relationships with brokers and wholesalers
Calling on-market listings and presenting offers
Drafting and sending offers quickly and professionally via email
Handling high-volume email communication with speed and accuracy
Consistent follow-up with leads (this is where deals are made)
Managing and updating leads in CRM
Identifying motivated sellers and real opportunities
Communicating clearly and confidently to push deals forward
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in real estate acquisitions or cold calling (REQUIRED)
Strong phone communication skills with confident, professional tone
Ability to build rapport quickly with brokers, sellers, and agents
Ability to draft offers and respond to emails fast and professionally
Persistent and aggressive with follow-ups (no dropped leads)
Understands real estate basics (comps, motivation, deal flow)
Organized and consistent with CRM tracking
Self-motivated and results-driven
Bonus If You Have
Experience sourcing off-market deals
Experience working with investors or wholesalers
Familiarity with NYC or similar competitive markets
Experience negotiating and closing deals
Compensation
Base + performance-based bonuses
