Healthcare Operations Coordinator (Front Desk Supervisor)

Targeted experience:

  • Prior experience in the healthcare field

  • Minimum of 2 recent years in a supervisor or manager level position

Location: Gilbert, AZ 85233 (ONSITE)

Compensation: $20 - $22 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the healthcare facility, including managing staff schedules, coordinating patient care, and monitoring the overall quality of services provided.

  • Performs research and analysis, implements payer specific billing policies and collections follow up

  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of healthcare professionals.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.

  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all patient care and related activities.

  • Monitor staffing levels and adjust as needed to ensure adequate coverage.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in the healthcare field

  • Minimum of 2 recent years in a supervisor or manager level position

  • 2 years in a lead or supervisor level position

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or related field preferred

  • Strong leadership and management skills

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment



Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
