<li>Design Code and test changes to the UST Algo</li>
<li>Enhance integration of UST Algo with additional broker markets Fenics and DealerWeb</li>
<li>Expand quoting on D2C markets Tradeweb Bloomberg MarketAxess</li>
<li>Very hands on role and associate should be able to write code on daily basis</li>
<li>Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate</li>
<li>Demonstrated problemsolving and decisionmaking skills</li>
<li>Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication</li>
<li>Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements</li>

Candidate Must Have-Skills:
<ul>
<li>Full stack developer to support a treasury D2C (Dealer to customer) pricing and hedging workflow.</li>
<li>Languages – C++, Java, Python</li>
<li>Know eTrading concepts and automation</li>
<li>Knowledge of US treasury market trading</li>
<li>Can work from requirement gathering through code development and testing</li>
<li>Will need to offer 2nd level support of existing eTrading setup</li>
<li>Familiarity with Git and Maven /code builds and ion integration knowledge will be greatly valued</li>
