- Set up and run saws and CNC equipment to cut and shape metal with precision.
- Fit and assemble components to meet exact specifications.
- Perform rigorous quality checks to confirm conformance to industry standards.
- Partner with teammates to quickly troubleshoot and correct fabrication challenges.
- Uphold a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Mentor new hires by demonstrating proper techniques and safety practices.
What Qualifies You
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in metal fabrication is a plus.
- Proven experience in metal fabrication or a closely related role.
- Knowledge of metal properties and standard fabrication processes.
- Confidence reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Skill with fabrication tools and machinery.
- Detail orientation with a knack for solving problems.
