Position Description:
InnovaFlex is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Technician to join our IT team, providing excellent customer service and technical support to our teammates. As an IT Service Desk Technician, you will be the first point of contact in supporting our team and ensuring effective resolutions to technical support issues, including the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our team’s hardware, software, and network systems. Additionally, this is a developing role where the ideal candidate possesses the technical aptitude, drive, and initiative to take on infrastructure and application administration responsibilities.

Major Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance via phone, email, remote access, or in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues for end-users.
- Set up, configure, and maintain user accounts, computers, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Document issues and solutions in the ticketing system to ensure knowledge sharing.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff or relevant departments as needed.
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Maintain security best practices and support compliance with IT policies.
- Support 24/7 operations in a production environment.
- Manage the purchase request process
- Reconcile and maintain the asset database to ensure accurate records of all CIs in the CMDB
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required:
- Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Windows 10 & 11 troubleshooting
- PC & Laptop hardware troubleshooting and replacement
- Microsoft Office & Outlook troubleshooting
- Office365/Entra/Azure licensing
- Microsoft Teams troubleshooting
- iPhone/iOS configuration & support
- Printer troubleshooting
- Familiarity with PC imaging and provisioning
- Experience supporting conference room AV systems
Desired:
- Awareness of NIST framework/Cybersecurity policies
- Windows XP/Vista/7 troubleshooting
- Telephony-Zoom IP Phone
- Asset management experience
- PowerShell scripting
- Mobile Device Management (MDM)
Experience:
- 4 - 6+ years of experience working in an IT Service Desk or technical support role required
- 4 - 6+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows Operating Systems required.
- Experience in a production environment desired.
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree (or higher) in computer science or a related field preferred.
Certification:
- CompTIA A+ Certification and/or Network+ desired

Compensation:

Wage: * $25.25 - $34.00 per hour, depending on experience
Annual Target Bonus: 10% (prorated first year of employment based on date of hire)

Work Schedule:
- Days: Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm (40+ hours/week)
- Additional hours as needed to support business needs
