We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager & Business Development Specialist to lead the end-to-end bid and proposal process while supporting business growth initiatives. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities, managing proposal development, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and delivering high-quality submissions that drive new revenue.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of bids and proposals from opportunity identification through submission.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, finance, leadership) to gather content and pricing inputs.
- Develop clear, compelling, and compliant proposals and supporting documentation.
- Maintain proposal schedules, deadlines, and version control.
- Support business development efforts by tracking opportunities and maintaining bid pipelines.
- Continuously improve proposal templates, processes, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in bid management, proposal management, or proposal development (required).
- Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and bid/proposal management tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
