Job DescriptionA professional services firm in San Francisco is seeking a Reception and Hospitality Assistant for a dual-role position supporting both the front desk and hospitality areas. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing excellent customer service by answering and routing phone calls, greeting guests, scheduling meetings using the firm’s meeting room management tool, and placing catering orders as needed. Additional duties include assisting with conference room setup and breakdown, maintaining and stocking kitchen and pantry areas, and cleaning and operating coffee machines. The ideal candidate will have three or more years of related administrative or reception experience, preferably in a legal or professional office environment, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly, professional demeanor are essential.
