In this role, you will help manage projects from kickoff through completion, maintain timelines, coordinate cross-functional communication, and ensure deliverables stay on track. What You’ll Do
- Coordinate project workflow across marketing programs and related initiatives
- Create and manage project plans, trackers, timelines, and status updates
- Schedule meetings, facilitate follow-ups, and help drive approvals and next steps
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to support successful program execution
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Troubleshoot issues, communicate updates, and escalate concerns when appropriate
- Support process improvements and help streamline day-to-day project coordination

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, marketing, or a related field
- Experience working in a deadline-driven environment with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to stay organized and execute with accuracy
