Insight Global is hiring multiple End User Support / IT Field Services Specialists to support one of the nation’s leading post-acute healthcare organizations across three regions. These individuals will provide on-site and remote technical support for clinical, corporate, and executive users, ensuring fast, high‐quality issue resolution and exceptional customer service.
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8AM–5PM
Requirements:
- 2+ years of technical support experience
- Intermediate troubleshooting abilities across Windows, ChromeOS, and mobile platforms.
- Strong communication skills; able to support diverse user groups including executives.
- Ability to document processes, resolve issues independently, and manage multiple priorities.
Day-to-Day:
Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 support for hardware, software, mobile devices, and networking issues.
Deliver white‐glove support to executives and their admins, including troubleshooting laptops, tablets, smartphones, O365, Teams, and remote access tools.
Diagnose issues via phone, email, in-person visits, and ServiceNow.
Triage and escalate tickets to Tier 3 and Field Services, ensuring minimal disruption for users.
Support endpoint deployments, upgrades, regional projects, and infrastructure initiatives.
Maintain and configure executive devices; ensure security and optimal software performance.
Document solutions clearly for both technical teams and end users.
Train users on equipment, software, and standard tools as needed.
Preferred:
ITIL v3, A+, Network+, MCSA/MCSE or similar certifications
Bachelor’s in IT
