Job Details
- Lead and supervise field crews, ensuring daily safety and productivity.
- Coordinate schedules, materials, and subcontractors in alignment with project scope.
- Conduct daily site meetings to review safety, permits, and tasks.
- Report project status daily to leadership and manage weekly updates.
- Oversee machine sign-offs, inspections, and customer acceptance.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company procedures.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of industrial supervision/project leadership.
- Proven OSHA safety compliance expertise in manufacturing settings.
- Proficiency with MS Office; MS Project and Adobe Acrobat a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, drawings, and scopes of work.
- Willingness to travel 50–75% (U.S., Canada, Mexico).
