Data Center Technician

THIS POSITION:
We are currently hiring an entry-level Data Center Tech. The Data Center Tech will be responsible for entering data collected on hand-held devices into a spreadsheet and verifying entered data is correct from field personnel per company standards. The goal is to develop someone who can assist in creation/modification of ESRI maps for the tasks completed by this group. Typical tasks will range in volume and complexity. The position will report directly to the Field Supervisor and is in the King of Prussia area.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Quality correction of the data submitted by the field
- Scheduling appointments utilizing ESRI
- Develop, maintain and update program documentation
- Program task management (as assigned by Manager)
- Develop and maintain program file system
- Maintain customer contact to obtain project specific information
- Maintain project specific documentation and requirements for data analysis
- Ability to interpret field conditions and communicate project requirements to team
- Ability to develop and communicate ideas regarding data analysis
- All other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in data entry, call center, and MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Familiarity in GIS software, specifically ESRI preferred
- Communication skills a must, will be interacting and communicating with customers daily (call center experience is a plus)
- Ability adapt to changes quickly and multitask successfully
- Ability to pay attention to detail and organize documents
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and still deliver on related tasks

This position is subject to the Federal Department of Transportation (DOT) drug & alcohol testing regulations as outlined in 49 CFR Part 382 and/or 49 CFR Part 199.
