Job Title: Maintenance Technician - Weekend (Friday/Saturday/Sunday - 12 hour shift)
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with expertise in mechanics and electrical systems. This role involves working with electrical schematics, pneumatics, cylinder clamps, tube lasers, and tube benders. You will be responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth operation of equipment, particularly focusing on three tube laser cutters.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on CO2 tube lasers, tube benders, and CNC equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment, focusing on achieving production goals.
- Work on projects to enhance equipment performance and efficiency.
- Replace and repair servo motors and Fanuc controllers.
- Utilize blueprints and schematics to diagnose and fix electrical and mechanical issues.
Essential Skills
- Proficient in electrical troubleshooting up to 480V.
- Experience with mechanical systems, particularly in troubleshooting lasers and CNC equipment.
- Familiarity with fabrication processes, including racks and carts.

Work Environment
The weekend shift operates from Friday to Sunday, with two available shifts: 6 AM to 6 PM or 6 PM to 6 AM. Employees receive a $1.50 per hour shift premium and a $2 premium for weekend work.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
