Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Job description:
As concierge, we serve as the face of the community and play an integral role in
managing the day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent
customer relations and communication skills, and will be able to complete tasks without much supervision. The candidate will work directly with the Directors of Gilded Services.
Job Duties
- Check-in guests and vendors and ensure all visitors are permitted to enter the building
- Package Management and Notification
- Monitor building access points and complete building patrols
- Report Maintenance/Community issues to the Property Manager
- Complete Daily Activity Reports and Incident Reports
- Engage transients and contact authorities if needed
- Respond to resident inquiries via phone and email
- Maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Basic Qualifications:
Possess a strong level of professionalism and excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task and provide creative solutions
At least two years of experience in a customer service role
Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications:
Two years of experience as a Concierge
