Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst I to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah. This Contract to permanent position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong foundation in troubleshooting and customer support, eager to provide first-level technical assistance to on-site and remote users. You will play a crucial role in resolving technical issues and ensuring smooth operations across our organization.

Responsibilities:
• Provide Tier 1 technical support to address and resolve hardware and software issues for both on-site and remote users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve service desk tickets efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of resolutions.
• Assist with break/fix tasks to maintain functionality of office equipment and systems.
• Support users in navigating and utilizing Microsoft Windows environments effectively.
• Contribute to the deployment and configuration of systems using InTune.
• Collaborate with team members to identify recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
• Communicate effectively with users to understand technical problems and offer clear solutions.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.• At least 1 year of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Experience working with service desk ticketing systems.
• Ability to perform break/fix tasks on hardware and software.
• Strong communication skills to interact with users and team members effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities under minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of InTune or similar system deployment tools is a plus.
