Due to ongoing expansion and community needs, our organization in Bridgeport, WV is excited to invite a urologist to join our exceptional team! The new physician will enter a well-established practice that is well-supported, featuring five Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and an immediate patient base. Physicians will have access to cutting-edge robotic technology, dedicated operating room facilities, and the chance to influence the future development of the program.

Practice Highlights:

• General urology role with the flexibility to cultivate subspecialty interests, particularly in Urologic Oncology.
• Become part of a seasoned team that currently includes three urologists.
• Access to a dedicated urology operating suite.
• Utilization of the Da Vinci robotic platform, featuring Single-Port Robotics.
• Support from five skilled APPs for both inpatient and outpatient care.
• Opportunity to participate in the recruitment of your own APP as the practice expands.
• A strong regional referral network with several satellite clinics.
• Call schedule of 1:4.
• Weekend call is currently supplemented by dedicated locum coverage.
• Outpatient clinic located about half a mile from the hospital.
• High procedural volume from the outset.
• J-1 waiver and H-1B visa sponsorship options available.
• Attractive compensation package that includes a guaranteed base salary and CME allowance.
