We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Exterior Maintenance Technician to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time role in the future. This position involves routine maintenance of outdoor areas, including general upkeep and care.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform exterior maintenance tasks as directed.

- Learn and apply maintenance techniques under guidance.

- Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality standards are met.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

While prior fieldwork experience is not required, candidates with experience in roofing and ladder usage will be given preference. We encourage applicants with such qualifications to highlight this experience on their resumes.
