Role Overview:
As a Store Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the store, ensure profitability, manage inventory, and lead your team to success. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a proven track record in retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

  • Evaluate and price inventory using proprietary software.
  • Manage inventory through markdowns, merchandising, and optimal pricing to maximize profitability.
  • Maintain inventory rotation and stock levels.
  • Ensure visual merchandising is consistent and appealing throughout the store.

Staff Management:

  • Manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
  • Motivate team members to achieve high performance and positive customer interactions.
  • Conduct regular team meetings for training, updates, and feedback.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Ensure smooth daily operations of the store.
  • Implement and maintain company policies and procedures.
  • Manage store opening and closing procedures.
  • Control labor costs and operational expenses.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive customer traffic, sales, and profitability.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are met.
  • Build positive customer relationships.
  • Use probing techniques to resolve customer concerns effectively.

General Management:

  • Work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exhibit problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
  • Have 1–3 years of retail operations or management experience.
  • Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Potentially assist with fashion buying, merchandising, and marketing.
