Job Title: Property Administrative Assistant
Pay: $22/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: On-site (Property Management Office)
Overview:
We’re seeking a highly organized and dependable Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations at a busy property management site. This role requires strong administrative experience, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist tenants and visitors in person and by phone

Manage and organize tenant files, lease agreements, and related documents

Process incoming rent payments and issue receipts

Maintain accurate records and update internal databases

Respond to email inquiries and route messages appropriately

Support the property management team with scheduling, filing, and data entry

Assist with light bookkeeping or invoice tracking as needed
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience (property management experience a plus)

Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable interacting with tenants and handling sensitive documents

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
