Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Clerk to manage and maintain accurate inventory of parts and materials, support the plant’s maintenance operations, and ensure data accuracy in the CMMS system. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or maintenance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain inventory accuracy within the CMMS system and issue stock POs according to min/max levels

  • Track purchase orders and report inventory data monthly

  • Maintain organized historical records and generate reports for management

  • Coordinate with vendors to schedule and track part/service deliveries

  • Review daily work orders and sign-out sheets for inventory accuracy

  • Perform daily cycle counts; submit weekly inventory reports

  • Secure quotes for outside services and non-stock parts

  • Keep parts room and storage areas clean, labeled, and efficiently organized

  • Receive deliveries and manage incoming inventory from the dock

  • Pick up time-sensitive parts as needed

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a maintenance or manufacturing environment required

  • Proficiency in organizing inventory and maintaining clean work areas

  • Strong communication skills (written, oral, and listening)

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting

  • Forklift experience preferred

  • Basic computer and data entry skills (CMMS or inventory systems experience a plus)

  • High school diploma or equivalent
