A well-established industrial equipment manufacturer is seeking a Senior Field Service Engineer to join their team. In this role, you’ll install, commission, service, and troubleshoot high-performance systems for industrial clients across the East Coast.

What You’ll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and emergency service
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems
• Train customers on operation and maintenance
• Maintain service records and communicate with the Service Manager

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of field service experience in Packaging, Material Handling, or industrial systems
• Strong mechanical skills with electrical troubleshooting ability
• Able to read P&IDs, schematics, and technical manuals
• Familiarity with PLCs and instrumentation (programming not required)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license; able to travel regionally (50–70%)
