What you'll be doing:You’ll play a foundational role in shaping both our product and our technology. You’ll architect systems, design new features, and deliver end-to-end solutions that directly impact users from day one. This is a high-impact, high-ownership position for an engineer who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves seeing their work drive tangible results.
- Design and develop AI-powered logistics products across the stack, from front-end user experiences to backend infrastructure.
- Own architecture and core systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Work closely with the founding team to turn product ideas into reality and define the long-term technical roadmap.
- Collaborate with early users to iterate quickly based on feedback and real-world needs.
- Contribute to the culture of speed, craftsmanship, and autonomy that defines the engineering team.
What you'll bring:
- BSCS or similar degree preferred
- 2 to 5+ years of full stack engineering experience (ideally at a fast-moving startup, Series D or earlier).
- Strong backend foundation (Python/FastAPI or equivalent), with solid front-end experience in React or similar frameworks.
- Track record of shipping high-quality code and owning projects from concept to deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; you take initiative and thrive with autonomy
