Digital Consultants seeks a Systems Administrator who will be responsible for managing cloud and on-prem IT infrastructure, including Windows servers, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 systems. You will ensure reliable and secure operations across the agency’s hybrid environment.


Duties to include:

  • Administer and maintain Windows servers, VMware, and Azure environments.
  • Manage Active Directory/Entra ID, DNS, Intune, and endpoint policies.
  • Monitor system performance and apply updates/patches in compliance with CM processes.
  • Ensure backup, disaster recovery, and continuity of operations readiness.
  • Support O365 administration, security configuration, and voice services (Teams Voice).
  • Maintain documentation and participate in change control boards.

Requirements:

  • Clearance: Public Trust (active or ability to obtain)
  • Education: High School or equivalent.5+ years of relevant experience as a Systems Administrator in federal or enterprise environments.
  • Expertise with Windows Server, VMWare, MS365 E5 Suite, and Active Directory. Familiarity with system security standards and compliance requirements.
  • Certifications: MS Certified Azure Administrator Associate or Windows Server desired. The candidate must, with or without reasonable accommodation, be able to sit, stand, use computers and monitors, and perform duties in an office environment for extended periods. The candidate must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. on occasion (e.g., move a case of paper or similar task) that may occur on occasion.
    Physical Requirements: The candidate, with or without reasonable accommodation, must physically be able to sit or stand for long periods of time; require the frequent use of hand dexterity with personal computer equipment; require extended periods of using computer screens; may require occasional lifting of objects up to 20 lbs.

Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $90,000 - 110,000. The company offers the following benefits to permanent, full-time employees:
