The Vendor Management - Analyst/Senior Analyst is responsible for monitoring contract timelines (renewals, notification periods, etc), tracking SLAs, and understanding usage to optimize value.\n
Core Responsibilities:
Maintain database of critical contract details\n
\nMonitor timeline of upcoming contract events including but not limited to renewals, notification periods, other sourcing events, etc.\n
\nEvaluate and maintain record of incidents against contractual SLAs and security incident response times\n
\nCollect, analyze and aggregate critical contract information to support VMO and key stakeholders\n
\nClient Technology works at the forefront of technology development and processes to support and protect\n
\nClient around the world. In this truly global environment, we operate not in "what is" but rather "what can be" to help Client deliver and connect with its clients, its communities, and one another in ways not previously conceived.\n
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree with Masters or MBA preferred\n
\n5-8 years of sourcing or IT project management experience\n
\nProven ability to manage global projects and business relationships\n
\nExpert level for Microsoft Excel skills\n
\nUnderstanding of cost savings and value drivers within Global IT hardware and software\n
\nExperience with sourcing and procurement process\n
\nDemonstrated ability to set and meet deadlines and manage related risks\n
\nStrong situational leadership instincts and abilities\n
\nAbility to manage and work with culturally and geographically diverse populations\n
\nAbility work within a virtual team\n
