Position Summary:
Nebulas.co is seeking a motivated Service desk Agent to help build, maintain and strengthen internal and client-facing service desk solutions. This role focuses on modern development practices, API integration, and emerging AI initiatives within a secure and well-governed environment.
Position Responsibilities:
- Request triage, routing, and prioritization
- SLA monitoring and queue management
- Equipment Shipping and Receiving
- Inventory and asset tracking
- User Onboarding / Offboarding Support
- Resolve Level 1 issues
- Assign Level 2+ issues appropriately
- Provide accurate statuses and comprehensive updates
- Documentation of Processes
- Provide 1:1 support when necessary
Position Qualifications:
- Required
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Level 1 Support position
- Experience with customer communication
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft and Azure users, groups, roles, etc.
- Preferred
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and Pax8
- Interest Security and/or Network Operations

This is an on-site position; candidates must be able to work from our Babylon, NY office.
