Core Responsibilities
- Access Control: Checking tickets, passes, and IDs at entry/exit points, managing VIP areas, and preventing unauthorized entry
- Screening and Safety: Operating detection devices to prevent prohibited items from entering
- Conflict Resolution: Handling unruly guests and de-escalating disputes
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for long periods and work in different weather conditions.
- Communication: Strong verbal skills to interact with guests and provide instructions.
- Professionalism: Ability to remain calm and assertive under pressure,
