What You’ll Do
As a Property Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of the properties under our care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of assigned properties.
- Communicating effectively with property owners, tenants, and association boards.
- Overseeing maintenance and ensuring properties are well-maintained.
- Handling financial responsibilities such as budgets, invoices, and reports.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and association guidelines.
- Resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- A current CAM license (Community Association Manager).
- Bilingual proficiency to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- At least 1 year of experience in property management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive and professional approach to managing responsibilities.
