Summary

As a Managing Real Estate Broker at Lake & Village, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the buying and selling process. You will be the face of the company, with a team built around you. This position is essential for driving our commitment to customer satisfaction and compliance with real estate laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented office culture.
  • Ensure all agents and office activities comply with local, state, and federal real estate laws.
  • Review and approve contracts, agreements, and transactions for accuracy and compliance.
  • Serve as a resource for resolving disputes, legal issues, and compliance questions.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the brokerage office.
  • Implement and monitor office policies, procedures, and processes.
  • Provide guidance on complex transactions, market trends, and client relations.
  • Promote a high level of customer service and professionalism among the team.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the brokerage’s market share.
  • Build relationships with community organizations, businesses, and industry professionals.
  • Monitor local market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Represent the brokerage at events, networking functions, and industry meetings.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms.
  • Guide clients through the buying and selling process, providing expert advice and support.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and local real estate laws.
  • Conduct market analysis to determine property values and advise clients accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with other agents and professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout all phases of the real estate process.
  • Stay informed about market trends and changes in real estate laws.

Qualifications

  • Valid real estate broker license in North Carolina.
  • Proficiency with real estate software and tools (e.g., MLS, CRM systems).
  • Proven negotiation skills with a track record of successful transactions.
  • Strong understanding of Fair Housing regulations and real estate law.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client needs efficiently.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus but not required.

Compensation:

  • Generous commission split
  • Profit sharing

This position is for an experienced agent to step into an established firm and make it their own.
