Physical Therapist Clinic Director

Join an exciting opportunity to become the founding Physical Therapist of a brand-new outpatient physical therapy clinic in Webster, Texas. This role is ideal for a clinician with an entrepreneurial mindset who is excited to help build a thriving practice while delivering exceptional one-on-one patient care.

  • Anticipated opening date: August 2026

As the first provider in the clinic, you will have the unique opportunity to help shape clinic culture, patient experience, community relationships, and long-term growth. While previous leadership experience is not required, candidates should be motivated by the opportunity to serve in a Clinical Director-type capacity and contribute to the clinic's success.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary up to $95,000 annually, based on experience
  • Monthly profit-sharing opportunity tied to clinic performance, KPIs, and growth metrics

What You'll Do

  • Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy services in a one-on-one setting
  • Deliver individualized treatment plans focused on exceptional patient outcomes
  • Assist with community outreach, physician relationship development, and local marketing initiatives
  • Help establish the clinic's presence within the Webster community
  • Contribute to operational growth, patient satisfaction, and brand development
  • Collaborate with leadership to achieve clinic goals and performance metrics

Patient Care Model

  • One-on-one patient treatment sessions
  • Initial scheduling model of 60-minute appointments
  • Transition to 40-minute appointments as the clinic grows
  • Maximum of 12 patients per day
  • Quality-focused, patient-centered care environment

Patient Population

  • Adults through geriatrics - can be tailored based on the therapist's interests and strengths
  • Orthopedic, neurological, balance, and vestibular conditions
  • Ongoing training and support available

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
  • Clear and active Texas Physical Therapy license
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset
  • Passion for helping build a successful clinic from the ground up
