About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join our growing litigation team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling all aspects of civil defense litigation, particularly in insurance-related matters such as bodily injury, premises liability, property damage, and general liability claims.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a caseload of civil litigation matters from inception to resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Conduct depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations
- Prepare trial documents and assist in trial strategy
- Maintain direct client and carrier communication and reporting
- Provide risk assessment and litigation strategy for insurance carriers
- Ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of insurance defense or civil litigation experience
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working independently and remotely with virtual teams
- Proficiency in legal practice management and billing systems
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $140000 – 160000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
