Ideal candidates are personable and self-motivated, possessing a knowledge of sports/entertainment and sales and customer service skills, with a commitment to creating the best possible experience for our customers. We are looking for professional individuals to immediately join our fast-growing team. These are part-time sales positions with evening shifts available - perfect for a second job / after school.

Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide in-store customers with helpful, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable service with the goal of closing sales.
• Utilize proven sales techniques to qualify and close sales while building relationships with customers, primarily in person and also via follow-up phone calls and emails.
• Willingness to learn about a wide range of high-end sports and entertainment memorabilia products.
• Daily store operations functions as outlined by store manager.

Preferred candidates will possess:

• Previous retail store sales experience, preferably in a business with a minimum of 50 SKUs and an average per-item selling price of more than $100.
• Strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and multi-task and acute attention to detail.
• Exceptional listening, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Sharp, polished and professional demeanor.
• Past experience with a POS system.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs and internet.
• Proven work attendance background.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation to/from workplace.
• A high school degree or GED - minimum education level required.
• Enthusiasm and knowledge of professional sports is strongly preferred.

• Available to work part-time hours per week (to be mutually agreed upon).
