We’re looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to manage front desk duties, verify insurance, and ensure a smooth patient experience at our urgent care clinic. You’ll help with check-ins, insurance verification, billing, and patient retention, contributing to the growth of long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify insurance and assist with billing.
• Greet and check-in patients, ensuring accurate data entry.
• Provide excellent customer service with empathy and professionalism.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Use EMR systems (Practice Fusion, E-clinical Works).

Requirements:

• Strong insurance verification and billing experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
