As an Infiniti Technician, you’ll work with advanced automotive technology while delivering high-quality repairs that keep our customers safe and satisfied.
What You’ll Do:
- Receive and complete Repair Orders as assigned
- Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Provide accurate labor, time, and parts estimates
- Perform high-quality repairs on engines, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and more—following dealership and factory standards
- Conduct thorough Quality Control checks to ensure repairs are completed right the first time
- Complete all required documentation accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and properly manage tools and equipment
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Parts Department staff
- Participate in ongoing Infiniti training programs to stay current with evolving technologies

Requirements:
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience in a professional environment (or equivalent)
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic/computer skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background check and MVR
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Commitment to safety and following all workplace procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous European/import automotive experience
- ASE certifications
