As an Infiniti Technician, you’ll work with advanced automotive technology while delivering high-quality repairs that keep our customers safe and satisfied.


What You’ll Do:

  • Receive and complete Repair Orders as assigned
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools
  • Provide accurate labor, time, and parts estimates
  • Perform high-quality repairs on engines, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and more—following dealership and factory standards
  • Conduct thorough Quality Control checks to ensure repairs are completed right the first time
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and properly manage tools and equipment
  • Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Parts Department staff
  • Participate in ongoing Infiniti training programs to stay current with evolving technologies

Requirements:


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 1+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience in a professional environment (or equivalent)
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic/computer skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background check and MVR
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Commitment to safety and following all workplace procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous European/import automotive experience
  • ASE certifications
