Position: Guest Service Representative/Spa Coordinator

Spa Sydell Integrative Aesthetics is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Guest Service Representative/Spa Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a leader in personal care and aesthetics since 1982, Spa Sydell is dedicated to providing exceptional service while creating an atmosphere of wellness and rejuvenation for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Efficiently check in and check out guests
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling as needed
• Process payments and sales transactions accurately
• Promote spa services and memberships to clients
• Ensure a consistently high level of customer service and professionalism
• Assist in executing promotional events and seasonal campaigns
• Support the spa team by contributing to a positive and enjoyable workplace culture

Schedule:

• Shifts ranging from 8 to 10 hours
• Weekend availability is essential

Our operating hours are Wednesday to Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday from 11 AM to 6 PM. This position is available as either part-time or full-time.

Compensation: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour, with comprehensive training provided.

• Flexible availability to work weekends and during peak months, including August, December, February, and May
