<li>Lead the Customer Support Data Modernization Program, a complex, multi-phase redesign to create a unified, scalable, and AI-ready data platform.</li>
<li>Translate Strategy into Execution, developing an end-to-end program plan and structured roadmap with clear milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.</li>
<li>Drive Cross-Functional Alignment by working closely with engineering, data, and analytics teams on requirements, design decisions, and delivery timelines.</li>
<li>Manage Program Governance and Cadence, establishing structured updates, tracking progress, monitoring risks, and proactively resolving blockers.</li>
<li>Requires Proven Experience managing large-scale enterprise data transformation/modernization programs in complex, cross-functional environments.</li>
</ul>
<p>&nbsp;<strong>Tech requirements:&nbsp;</strong>
<ul>
<li>Need to be well versed with data management, data warehousing, data lake concepts, data modeling practice (what is involved), aspect of data transformation to migrate from old to new.&nbsp;</li>
<li>No data management tools or language skills necessary, but it's a plus to have SQL skills</li>
