Duration: Long-term Contract Experience: 8-12years
- Lead the Customer Support Data Modernization Program, a complex, multi-phase redesign to create a unified, scalable, and AI-ready data platform.
- Translate Strategy into Execution, developing an end-to-end program plan and structured roadmap with clear milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Drive Cross-Functional Alignment by working closely with engineering, data, and analytics teams on requirements, design decisions, and delivery timelines.
- Manage Program Governance and Cadence, establishing structured updates, tracking progress, monitoring risks, and proactively resolving blockers.
- Requires Proven Experience managing large-scale enterprise data transformation/modernization programs in complex, cross-functional environments.
Tech requirements:
- Need to be well versed with data management, data warehousing, data lake concepts, data modeling practice (what is involved), aspect of data transformation to migrate from old to new.
- No data management tools or language skills necessary, but it's a plus to have SQL skills
