<p>We are hiring an Industrial Mechanic to support maintenance operations in a fast-paced insulated metal panel manufacturing facility. In this role, you'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment to keep operations running safely and efficiently.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics, and other production equipment.</li>
<li>Perform welding and light fabrication on carbon steel.</li>
<li>Complete preventive maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns.</li>
<li>Replace worn parts, align machinery, and support continuous production.</li>
<li>Follow all plant safety procedures and PPE requirements.</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Industrial maintenance or mechanical maintenance experience.</li>
<li>Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.</li>
<li>Experience with welding, conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and gearboxes.</li>
<li>Manufacturing experience required; insulated panel or similar industrial manufacturing experience is a plus.</li>
