Summer is coming! G Force Gymnastics Academy is located on 4487 Irving Blvd NW, Albuquerque NM 87114. We are looking for Fierce new talent to add to our seasonal summer camp staff. Our summer camp is 8weeks long and runs from June - August with the exception of the week of Independence Day where the gym will be closed in observance of the holiday. The schedule is M-F from 7:30AM to 4:30pm. Mandatory training dates will be in May and take place on weekday evenings and weekend days.

While we do provide on the job training for coaches, some basic requirements for coach applicants are:

• Customer service mindset and strong communication skills
• Confidence in leading large groups of children
• Physical capability to lift up to 30lbs repeatedly
• Love of education and competitive sports
• Ability to interact with people of diverse backgrounds, personalities, and ages

Coaching Responsibilities

• Provide instruction in a positive manner to summer camp participants based on the G-Force Gymnastics lesson plan outlines and themed camp schedule
• Follow rotation schedules in a timely manner while always being aware of where your group is and what your participants are doing
• Ensuring equipment is safe and ready to use before an athlete uses it

Qualifications

• Our ideal candidate is engaged, high energy, punctual, and professional
• Must be available to work the entire 8 weeks of camp
• Gymnastics knowledge and/or experience a plus but not required
• Coaching and/or teaching experience a plus but not required
