World Services combines deep technical expertise with agile program execution to help clients modernize critical systems and improve mission outcomes. Employees benefit from working alongside experienced industry leaders on high-impact national security initiatives, gaining exposure to cutting-edge technologies and DevSecOps practices. The company fosters a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and measurable results, offering opportunities for professional growth, technical certification support, and meaningful contributions to mission-critical programs and offers competitive benefit package.

ATO & Security Integration

· Architect CI/CD pipelines that support continuous ATO (cATO) objectives

· Ensure security is embedded across pipeline stages (static/dynamic scans, compliance checks)

· Collaborate with cybersecurity stakeholders to align with RMF accreditation processes

Change Management & Enablement

· Develop frameworks for organizational transition to DevSecOps operating models

· Guide program offices on adoption of automated delivery and release practices

· Drive cultural shift from manual to automated, low-risk, continuous deployments

Stakeholder Engagement

· Serve as senior technical advisor to NAVAIR leadership and program offices

· Lead workshops, architecture reviews, and technical briefings

· Translate mission needs into scalable technical solutions
