Job Overview
Jeffco Development Corp is seeking an experienced High-End Residential Site Supervisor to lead high-end custom home projects from permitting through final delivery. This role owns both jobsite execution and project management, ensuring that craftsmanship, schedule, budget, and client expectations are met at the highest level.
You will serve as the central point of leadership between clients, architects, trades, and internal team membersdriving clarity, accountability, and excellence from start to finish.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands luxury construction, thrives in client-facing environments, and takes pride in delivering exceptional homes.

What You'll Own

Lead high-end residential construction projects from pre-construction through closeout

Oversee daily on-site operations, subcontractors, and jobsite execution

Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, quality control, and schedule adherence

Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, architects, and trades

Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules

Track cost-to-complete, manage change orders, and support project financial reporting

Coordinate inspections, material deliveries, and subcontractor sequencing

Conduct jobsite walkthroughs and manage punch list completion

Review shop drawings, material submittals, and time-and-material work

Maintain daily reports, documentation, and progress photos

Resolve field issues proactively with professionalism and efficiency
What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience managing high-end custom residential construction projects

Must have proven experience supervising high-end residential projects such as custom homes, high-end condominiums, renovations and remodels

Deep understanding of high-end residential custom home construction methods and local building codes

Proficiency with Buildertrend, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules

Carpentry or hands-on construction background is a plus

Self-motivated, punctual, optimistic, and detail-oriented

Comfortable owning outcomes and leading without micromanagement
